Academic Integrity, Anti-Plagiarism
In compliance with the U.G.C. (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations July 2018 (Gazette of India 31/07/2018), various universities released their Notification for Academic Integrity for resisting Plagiarism in research. The active Central Libraries / Information Science Departments / Knowledge Resources Centres are working for curbing plagiarism in research liaising with the Research Section under technical support of the UGC-INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Dr Ashwini Tiwari, Librarian I/c, at the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University is performing this liability as the Co-Ordinator (UGC-SHODHGANGA, Shodh Gangotri, Anti-Plagiarism).

The UGC-INFLIBNET Centre is extensively working for curbing Plagiarism; organizes Online Training Programmes. The Online Training Programme 17 August 2020 appreciated Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University as Number One in the State in using URKUND Plagiarism Detection System.
